What is Microneedling?
Micro-needling uses tiny sterile needles to safely and precisely create controlled micro-injuries to the skin, triggering new collagen production. It is used to improve the skin’s tone and texture, reduce pigmentation and improve scars and stretch marks. The benefits of micro-needling are a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, younger-looking skin with fewer signs of aging. Micro-needling also has a positive effect on hyper-pigmentation as well as on hypo-pigmentation, acne scars, traumatic scars and stretch marks and generally creates a fresher appearance or glow to the skin. The treatment can be performed on all parts of the body: Face, Neck, Arms, Hands, Legs, Abdomen (stretch marks) and Back.
HOW MANY REJUVAPEN TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED AND WHEN DO YOU START TO SEE BENEFITS?
Typically a series of 3–5 treatments is performed for optimal results; however, each treatment will induce some collagen remodeling and micro-needling can be used for ongoing maintenance.
What is a Exfoliating Peel?
Exfoliating peels are high end facials used to diminish brown/age spots, improve skin tone, treat acne and diminish fine wrinkling. Exfoliating peels use specific solutions to improve and smooth the facial skin by removing damaged outer layers. It can also increase cellular turnover that results in a finer epidermis. At the same time, exfoliating peels nurse skin that’s dry or oily, sensitive, acne prone, and sun damaged.
What are the Benefits of a Exfoliating Peel?*

How does a Exfoliating Peel work?
In this procedure, we make use of a chemical solution designed to cause the skin to blister. The outermost layer of the skin is peeled away, revealing a much fresher and healthier looking skin. It’s ideal for skin that’s sun damaged, acne prone, sensitive, dry or oily. There are various types of exfoliating peels that can help you have a more radiant skin. At Your Time Medical, you have the benefit of a physician consultant that will choose the right peel for you.

How does Botox work?
Botox temporally blocks your nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that causes lines to form between the brows and forehead.
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness in the face.
As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. The facial muscles are then working closer to the skin surface, so smile lines and crow’s feet become more apparent.
The facial skin also stretches a bit, adding to this loss of facial volume. Other factors that affect the facial skin include sun exposure, heredity, and lifestyle.
Dermal fillers can be used to:
- Plump thin lips
- Enhance shallow contours
- Soften facial creases and wrinkles
- Improve the appearance of recessed scars
Dermal fillers can be very helpful in those with early signs of aging, or as a value-added part of facial rejuvenation
